What is Honey-Apple wine?

Also known a Cyser (honey & Apples), is a type of fermented alcoholic beverage made from honey, apple cider, and yeast. The resulting drink is a sweet, fruity, and slightly tangy beverage that has a pleasant honey aroma with a light to medium body. This nectar of the gods is allowed to ferment for the minimum of 2 year before it is allowed to begin the bottling process. depending on the desired level of alcohol and flavor complexity. Resulting in a dry to semi-sweet wine with a high alcohol content, typically around 10-14%.

The flavor profile of honey-apple wines can vary depending o the type of honey and apples used, as well as the fermentation process used. Honey varies in color and flavor, which can add depth and complexity to the wine. Similarly, different varieties of apples used will also change the taste, which can impart various levels of sweetness and acidity to the final product.
